Singapore is probably the closest to any American city. Not quite the size of NYC, but bigger than Baltimore. Probably closest to San Francisco: progressive, clean (aside from the SF bum problem), advanced, great subway. Doesn’t have the SF charm or hills, and SF doesn’t have Singapore’s palm trees. Maybe this is a bad comparison. Singapore is Singapore. Anyway, here are some photos we clicked during our short stay.
